3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in JPY. We accept Stripe and credit cards. Payment must be made in full before shipment.
Your credit card statement serves as proof of payment. If you require a ‘PAID’ invoice (PDF or printed copy included with your order), please contact us promptly after placing your order. 

4. Shipping and Delivery

• We ship worldwide via Japan Post.
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
• The estimated delivery time is 10-18 days, but it may vary depending on the destination.
• All orders are shipped with a tracking number.
• We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
And If you refuse a shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges and the cost of returning the package.

6. Returns and Exchanges

• All sales are final. No returns or exchanges.
• Otherwise, If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos.
• If the item is confirmed to be defective, we will issue a refund or send a replacement. Please dispose of the defective item. There is no need to return it to us.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
